God has planted within me this passion for the world and humanity that I don't even know how to describe. There is something so touching, so humbling about the fact that we are all soujourners on this same Earth, fellow sufferers, fellow sinners, all walking along to the same ends thatwill either end in eternal worship of the Almighty or eternal grief and damnation. I would like to ask these few questions that have touched me so profoundly in the past months as I decided to go on this mission: How many of us dwell in the mundane present of our own life -our own blessings in this great land we call America where we are free and equal- and allow the sorrows of our fellow brothers and sisters, whom God hath commanded us to love and nurture and build up in faith to float into the periphery. How many of us are blind to the emptiness which the promises of success and comfort in this present life have to offer, and how many of us truly take time to contemplate about the horrors to human rights that perpetuate in our own country and abroad every day? We are ALIVE!!! born again in faith and love by the Holy Spirit, and we are not called to be Great by the world's standards, to have big plans for ourselves. Rather God has big plans for HIS purpose, and we are merely instruments to do his bidding. We should be overcome with awe daily that we have the ability to appreciate what it truly means to be alive!! For we are chosen from the world, the elect people, and God has awoken us from our slumber. For some reason God has called me to his service. I don't know what his plan is in all this, but I know that it will be revealed in His perfect timing.
